Sus colegas, que no se quedaron atrás en materia de creatividad y producto fueron Fabián Delgado – Pal Real, Guadalajara, Jalisco-, Jesús Cárdenas – Casa Mercedes, Guanajuato- y Francisco Molina – Evoka, Tlaxcala-.

Originaria de Comalcalco, Tabasco, se ha dedicado a unir el rescate de los elementos y productos de su estado y el desarrollo de historias a través de sus platillos.
Gabriela es egresada de la Escuela Culinaria del Sureste en Mérida Yucatán, y estudió en la Asociación Española de Sommeliers, Mérida Yucatán, la Escuela D´Gallia en Lima Perú, el Pacific Art Institute en Vancouver, entre otros. Actualmente es una de las figuras jóvenes con mayor proyección en la gastronomía de México.
